Job Summary
This role is crucial in promoting brand awareness, engaging customers, and ensuring clear communication of the company’s offerings.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies – Create and implement marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
- Manage Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns – Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
- Content Creation and Brand Messaging – Work with designers to develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites while ensuring brand consistency.
- Social Media Management – Grow and engage audiences across platforms, schedule posts, track trends, and optimize content for better reach.
- Customer Engagement and Feedback Management – Interact with customers, respond to inquiries, and use feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Public Relations and Media Outreach – Draft press releases, build relationships with media outlets, and manage crisis communication.
- Email Marketing and Digital Advertising – Create targeted email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize PPC advertising efforts.
- Event Planning and Brand Representation – Organize and participate in webinars, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis – Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting – Use analytics tools to monitor key marketing metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Social Media Management (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, CIM) are a plus.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience in campaign management, SEO, copywriting, and branding.
- Exposure to B2B or B2C marketing, public relations, or corporate communications.
- Track record of executing successful marketing strategies and communication plans.
