Job Summary

This role is crucial in promoting brand awareness, engaging customers, and ensuring clear communication of the company’s offerings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies – Create and implement marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
  • Manage Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns – Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
  • Content Creation and Brand Messaging – Work with designers to develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Social Media Management – Grow and engage audiences across platforms, schedule posts, track trends, and optimize content for better reach.
  • Customer Engagement and Feedback Management – Interact with customers, respond to inquiries, and use feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Public Relations and Media Outreach – Draft press releases, build relationships with media outlets, and manage crisis communication.
  • Email Marketing and Digital Advertising – Create targeted email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize PPC advertising efforts.
  • Event Planning and Brand Representation – Organize and participate in webinars, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis – Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Social Media Management (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, CIM) are a plus.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience in campaign management, SEO, copywriting, and branding.
  • Exposure to B2B or B2C marketing, public relations, or corporate communications.
  • Track record of executing successful marketing strategies and communication plans.
