This role supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Their key tasks will include; lead generation, prospect nurturing, and customer conversion. The ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth and meet business targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and outreach methods.
- Nurture and follow up with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to create campaigns and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to refine strategies and improve performance.
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or Technology with a strong interest in sales and marketing may also be considered.
- Advanced certifications in marketing (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or a similar role (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology startups).
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, lead generation, or managing marketing campaigns.
