This role supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts.
Their key tasks will include; lead generation, prospect nurturing, and customer conversion.
The ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth and meet business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and outreach methods.
  • Nurture and follow up with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications to create campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to refine strategies and improve performance.

Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or Technology with a strong interest in sales and marketing may also be considered.
  • Advanced certifications in marketing (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or a similar role (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology startups).
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, lead generation, or managing marketing campaigns.
