We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join us at Kanzu Code Limited, to offer support to our clients who are using our Kanzu Banking platform.
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Ethical behavior
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Good computer skills.
- Fluent English and Luganda.
- Experience in customer support executive and /or accountant is an added advantage.
