Responsibilities
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within the expected delivery time
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months -1-year experience.
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Good knowledge of team processes that feeds data
- Good analytical and organizational skills with experience
- Excellent reporting skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
