We are looking for a Software Engineer to be part of our platform called Kanzu Jobs. Kanzu Jobs is a platform that matches clients that need web mobile applications built with pre-vetted, expert Ugandan software developers.
This is a platform that will connect clients to developers who create web and mobile application for clients in the market. These tech tools include custom software, websites, apps and custom digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, other developers and designers as mockups are built.
- Transform mockups into pixel-perfect UIs across both mobile platforms.
- Translate the client’s business requirements into reusable, effective, and scalable code.
- Write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Skills and Qualifications.
- 3+ years of professional experience in React Native.
- Highly proficient in rendering components with Native APIs.
- Highly proficient in modern JavaScript.
- Highly proficient in one or more libraries (e.g. Redux, React Router, etc) for state managing and routing in addition to React.
- Proficient in using Git as a version control system.
